Privacy Policy

Visoka Razina d.o.o. (the "Company", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to this website and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose and on what legal basis, who we disclose it to, how long we keep it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We collect personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services and communicate with you:

• Contact form data – your name, email address, and the content of the message you send us through the website's contact form. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry.
• Data collected via cookies – usage data (pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location) collected through Google Analytics, only with your prior consent given through the cookie management tool.
• Technical data – standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, access timestamp) automatically recorded for security and to keep the site running correctly.

The legal basis for processing contact-form data is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The legal basis for processing data via analytics cookies is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. We use the following categories of cookies:

• Necessary cookies – required for the website's basic operation (e.g. remembering your cookie choice) and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) – help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve its content and user experience. Set only with your consent.

Specific cookies Google Analytics may set once you give consent:

• _ga – distinguishes unique visitors, lasts up to 2 years.
• _ga_<container ID> – maintains session state, lasts up to 2 years.

You can give, refuse, or withdraw your consent for analytics cookies at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Until consent is given, Google Analytics does not store cookies or process your data for analytics purposes (we use Google's Consent Mode).

We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The following processors may access your data, only to the extent necessary to provide their services:

• Resend Inc. – an email delivery service we use to send messages submitted through the contact form.
• Google LLC – provider of Google Analytics, used only with your prior consent.
• Sanity.io – the website's content management system.
• Our website hosting provider.

Some processors are established outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). In such cases, data transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

• Contact-form inquiries – retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, or longer if necessary to assert legal claims.
• Data collected via Google Analytics – retained according to Google's default settings (up to 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• access to the data we process about you,
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten"), where the legal conditions for this are met,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
